The National Association of Mortgage Negotiators (NAMN) is the national association representing professional
negotiators in the real estate finance industry, an industry that employs more than 240,000 people in virtually every
community in the country. From its headquarters in Indianapolis, IN, NAMN works nationwide to sustain
the strength of the nation's residential real estate markets, preserving homeownership, and educate communities
on the foreclosure process.
We promote fair and ethical negotiation practices and reasonable fees in
an industry that as yet is highly unregulated. In addition, we foster professional excellence among the mortgage
negotiation community through our member conferences and a several publications. Our membership
